Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance at this time.
Should I arrive early to my first appointment?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to relax, fill out a health questionnaire, and visit with the massage therapist, whom can answer any additional questions you have.
Why do I have to fill out paperwork?
It is important to have a detailed current health questionnaire during the intake process. Some conditions are contraindicated for massage.
What if I can’t make it to my appointment?
Please call ahead of time to cancel or reschedule. If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us prior, you will still be charged for the appointment. This includes prepaid and massage package appointments.
What if I’m late to my appointment?
Your massage will still end at the appointed time.
I’ve never had a massage before, will it hurt?
It is important that you communicate with your massage therapist during your massage. If the pressure needs adjusted, please discuss it with your therapist.
Do I have to get undressed?
It is important that you are comfortable during your massage. You will be draped the entire time, so we ask that you undress to a level that is comfortable for you.
What if I have the cold or flu?
Please reschedule if you are ill. Even though massage is healing, it can make a cold or the flu worse.
What if I want to give a massage as a gift?
We have gift certificates available.
What if I don’t want to use my gift certificate?
Gift certificates are not refundable, however, they are transferable.
When does my gift certificate expire?
Gift certificates expire 6 months from the date they are issued.
